Wearable Sculpture — Post-Colonial Gold
This wearable sculpture consists of a rough stone pierced by a small golden ring. Here gold does not function as luxury or ornament, but as a minimal intervention that reveals the relationship between human presence and the earth.
In dialogue with the work of Ana Mendieta, the object refers to the deep connection between body, landscape, and origin. Within Post-Colonial Gold, the sculpture represents the value Origin — the recognition that human identity ultimately remains rooted in the earth itself.
